Privacy, not as a promise
Your data never leaves your phone.
Most cycle apps ask you to trust their servers. This one doesn't have any. Your cycles, symptoms and notes are written to a database on your device and read back from it — that's the whole story.
Stored on your device
Cycles, daily logs and settings live in an on-device SQLite database. Preferences like language sit in local key-value storage. Neither is synced anywhere.
No server to send it to
The app has no backend. There is no login, no user account, and no cycle data upload — because there is nowhere for it to be uploaded to.
Delete everything in one tap
Settings → Clear All Data wipes every cycle, log and preference from the device permanently. No request form, no waiting period.
One honest exception
If you subscribe to Pro, the purchase is handled by the App Store and its subscription provider, which sees purchase and subscription status — never your cycle, symptom or health data.

Patterns you can't see month to month
Once you have a few cycles logged, the numbers start saying something. How regular you actually are, how your last three cycles compare, how many days before your period the symptoms tend to start, and how close the predictions have been.

- Last three cycles, side by side
- PMS onset detection from your own symptom history

- Five cycle reminders, each individually timed
- Write your own reminder text
- Birth control pill: daily, cyclic, or cyclic with a break
- Scheduled on your device — no push server involved

How it works
No magic. Just your own history, honestly applied.
You should know how a cycle app arrives at its numbers before you trust them. Here is exactly what happens.
- 01
Average your recent cycles
The app takes the gaps between your last six periods and averages them. With fewer than three recorded cycles it falls back to the average length you gave during setup.
- 02
Keep it in a sane range
That average is clamped to between 21 and 50 days, so one mistyped date can't throw your whole calendar off.
- 03
Work backwards for ovulation
Ovulation is estimated using a fixed 14-day luteal phase, with an uncertainty band of 12–14 days. The fertile window runs from five days before to one day after.
- 04
Say how sure it is
Every prediction carries a confidence level — high, medium or low — based on how regular your cycles have been and how much history there is to work with.
When it stays quiet
If you told the app you're tracking for birth control, or that your cycles are irregular, fertility and ovulation predictions are hidden entirely rather than guessed at. A number you can't rely on is worse than no number.
This is not medical advice
These are estimates based on your entries and general cycle assumptions. They can be wrong, and they should not be your only basis for medical, contraceptive or fertility decisions. Talk to a healthcare professional about your health.

Questions
Before you ask
Does my data go to the cloud?
No. Your cycle data and logs are stored locally on your device. The app does not sync your data to a server.
Do I need to create an account?
No. There is no sign-up, no login and no email required. You open the app and start using it.
How do I enable or disable reminders?
Go to Settings → Notifications / Reminders and enable reminders. If you previously denied permission, you can enable notifications from your device settings.
How are predictions calculated?
Predictions are estimated from your cycle history and the settings you provide. They improve as you log more consistent data, but they are still estimates.
How do I change the language?
Go to Settings → Language and choose your preferred language. Eight languages are supported: English, Turkish, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch and Russian.
How do I delete all my data?
Go to Settings → Danger Zone → Clear All Data. This permanently removes all local app data from this device.
What happens to my data if I change phones?
Because nothing is stored on a server, your data does not follow you to a new device. There is no cloud backup or restore in the current version — that is the trade-off that keeps everything private.
How much does Pro cost?
Prices are shown inside the app rather than here, because they vary by region. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel any time from your App Store account.
Is the app available yet?
Not quite. It is being prepared for release on the App Store. This page will link to it as soon as it is live.
A cycle tracker that keeps what you tell it.
