Intended Use
The Application is intended to help you track your cycle and related daily information. The Application is provided for informational and tracking purposes only.
Not Medical Advice
The Application does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional with questions about your health.
The Application is not a contraceptive and must not be relied upon to prevent pregnancy.
Predictions and Limitations
Any predictions or insights (including estimated period or ovulation timing) are provided as estimates based on your entries and generalized assumptions. They may be inaccurate and are not guaranteed.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and for the accuracy of any information you enter into the Application.
Because your data is stored only on your device, you are also responsible for your own device backups. The Service Provider cannot recover data from a lost, reset or damaged device.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Application, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that violates applicable laws.
Subscriptions
The Application offers an optional paid subscription ("Pro") that unlocks the Analytics features. Prices are shown in the Application before purchase and vary by region.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your App Store subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies, not by the Service Provider.
Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Application.
Changes
The Service Provider may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
